Clients are onboarded to an AI-powered portal for project tracking, document exchange, and data room management, so you focus on decisions, not admin.

We work across three pillars: Financial Advisory & Analytics — FP&A, valuation, and fractional CFO support for operators and family offices; Transaction Advisory — the full M&A pipeline from pre-deal diligence and financial modelling through to closing; and Quant Investment Research — cross-asset research and macro strategy for funds and platforms.

Engagements are structured as hourly (open-ended, tracked via our client portal), fixed-fee (milestone-based for defined deliverables), or monthly retainer (dedicated capacity for ongoing relationships). Where Zimark acts in an advisory capacity on a transaction — not pure analytical heavy-lifting — a success fee component applies alongside the retainer. Scope and budget are agreed upfront.
